Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the beautiful surroundings and friendly staff were definite highlights, the room situation left much to be desired, particularly with the lack of proper amenities. The pool area was quite cramped, making relaxation difficult. Overall, it's a quaint spot in the old town, but it could use some improvements to really shine.
Despite being in a stunning historical area, my experience at the hotel was far from what I expected. The first room was painfully small and not clean, leading us to an unexpected room upgrade. The dining service left much to be desired, and the staff seemed indifferent to our needs. The ambiance has great potential, but the execution fell short in several areas.
The hotel has a delightful ambiance, situated in the charming Old Town with an attractive layout and historical architecture. The spacious rooms feature unique designs, but it was disappointing that some amenities were lacking, such as a kettle. The breakfast options were varied, especially with omelets made to order, yet the overall dining experience could use more variety and better labeling. The service was mostly friendly, but occasionally lacked efficiency. Despite these issues, the serene pool and beautiful outdoor gardens added to the enjoyment of our stay.
The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, which is perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings and various attractions nearby. While the rooms can vary significantly in quality and comfort, the staff are generally quite helpful, and the hotel has a unique charm. However, the dining options are repetitive and could use improvement, especially for those with dietary restrictions. It’s nice to have pools available, but cleanliness is an issue at times, which needs to be addressed for a more enjoyable stay.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The beautiful surroundings and charming architecture were definitely highlights, but the experience was overshadowed by issues with cleanliness and dining. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere of the old town, but the service and amenities need significant improvement to match the potential of this lovely location.
